Terms & Conditions – 57ph Online Gaming Platform

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "57ph" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming website accessible at 57ph.vip and all associated mobile-optimized interfaces, operated by the 57ph brand.
• "User" or "Player" refers to any individual who registers an account on 57ph or accesses any services offered through 57ph.vip.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by a User on 57ph.
• "Balance" refers to the aggregate of real-money funds and bonus funds credited to a User's 57ph Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit amounts awarded by 57ph to a User, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to deposits made by the User using GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, or any other accepted payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable real money funds.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products available on 57ph including but not limited to slots, live casino, sports betting, sabong, bingo, and the VIP loyalty program.
• "Terms" refers to these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time.

2.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the User) and 57ph. By accessing 57ph.vip, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

2.2 These Terms apply to all Users of 57ph regardless of the device, browser, or access method used. They apply equally whether you are accessing 57ph from Manila, Cebu, Davao, or any other location.

2.3 57ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on 57ph.vip with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

2.4 These Terms should be read in conjunction with 57ph's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the agreement between 57ph and each User.

3.1 To be eligible to register and use the 57ph Platform, you must:

• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• Be a natural person capable of entering into legally binding contracts under Philippine law;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be an employee, agent, contractor, director, or officer of 57ph or any of its affiliated entities;
• Not be on any self-exclusion register maintained by 57ph or any recognized gaming regulatory body.

3.2 57ph reserves the right to request proof of age from any User at any time. Acceptable documentation includes a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or UMID card.

3.3 Any Account found to have been registered by or used by an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited. 57ph will report such cases to PAGCOR as required by applicable regulations.

3.4 By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this Section. 57ph reserves the right to void any bets placed and withhold any winnings if it determines that eligibility requirements were not met.

4.1 To access the gaming services offered by 57ph, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

4.2 One Account Per User: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on 57ph. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 57ph reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances therein.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 57ph will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from a failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 You must notify 57ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team at 57ph.vip.

4.5 KYC Verification: 57ph is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations applicable in the Philippines. You may be required to submit identity documents before making withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 57ph may result in account restrictions.

4.6 Account Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping your registered account information up to date. If your contact details, payment methods, or personal information changes, you must update your 57ph Account accordingly. Failure to do so may delay payment processing or limit account functionality.

5.1 57ph accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (PHP) 50 (₱50). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.

5.2 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or accounts held in the name of another individual are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be returned and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

5.3 GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your 57ph Account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business hour depending on the originating bank. 57ph is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions.

5.4 57ph does not charge any fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside 57ph's control.

6.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Wallet section of your 57ph Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability.

6.2 GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are processed within one (1) business day.

6.3 All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. 57ph reserves the right to request identity documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure.

6.4 Only Real Money Funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn. Bonus Funds that remain subject to wagering requirements are not withdrawable.

6.5 57ph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests deemed unusual in size, frequency, or pattern. Processing may be delayed during such reviews. Users will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to an extended review period.

7.1 57ph may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered Users. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is active, which supplement and form part of these Terms.

7.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 57ph promotional offers:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of a minimum of twenty (20) times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Specific promotions may carry higher wagering requirements as disclosed in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance, after which unused bonus balances will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period. Bonus balances that expire before wagering requirements are fulfilled will be forfeited.
• Bonuses are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to satisfying wagering requirements.
• 57ph reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility or exclude specific games from contributing to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates will be disclosed in individual promotion terms.

7.3 57ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonus claimed prior to a promotion's suspension will be honored under the terms applicable at the time of the claim.

7.4 Abuse of any bonus or promotional offer, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, exploitation of technical errors, or collusion, will result in the immediate voiding of the bonus, cancellation of associated winnings, and potential permanent closure of the Account.

8.1 All games available on 57ph operate under published rules specific to each game type. By placing a wager, you acknowledge that you understand the rules of the game being played. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a dispute.

8.2 All wagers placed on 57ph are final once confirmed. Wagers may not be amended, cancelled, or reversed after confirmation except in circumstances where 57ph determines that a technical error or manifest mistake has occurred.

8.3 In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the User's device and the result recorded on 57ph's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative and binding.

8.4 57ph reserves the right to void bets and withhold associated winnings where there is evidence of collusion, manipulation, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from fraudulent or irregular activity will be forfeited.

8.5 All slot games and random-number-generator (RNG) games offered on 57ph use independently certified random number generation systems. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published and available within each game's information panel.

9.1 The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 57ph Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using 57ph services if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using payment methods not registered in your name;

9.2 57ph employs fraud detection, anti-money laundering monitoring, and behavioral analytics tools to identify prohibited conduct. The use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other methods to circumvent geographic or access restrictions may be treated as a violation of these Terms.

10.1 57ph is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Users at no cost and without delay:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your Account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Set notifications to alert you when you have been logged in to 57ph for a specified period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period. Once the limit is reached, your Account will restrict further play for the specified period.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gambling by activating a cool-off period of between one (1) day and six (6) weeks. During a cool-off period, your Account will be restricted from gameplay.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion of six (6) months, one (1) year, or five (5) years. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for its designated duration. During self-exclusion, your Account will be fully disabled and you will not receive any promotional communications from 57ph.

10.2 57ph will never send marketing communications to any User who is under a self-exclusion order or who has opted out of promotional communications.

11.1 57ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or fraudulent registration information;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder;
• A court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from a competent authority.

11.2 In cases of Account closure due to breach of Terms or fraudulent conduct, 57ph reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the Account pending investigation. Real Money Funds confirmed as legitimately deposited may be returned to the original payment source following completion of investigation, at 57ph's discretion.

11.3 A User may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting 57ph support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the User's registered payment method within three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification.

11.4 Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. An administrative fee of ₱100 per month may be deducted from the balance of inactive accounts after the expiry of the twelve-month period. 57ph will make reasonable efforts to notify the Account holder before any deductions are made.

12.1 57ph provides the Platform and all Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 57ph disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12.2 57ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if 57ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.3 57ph's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 57ph is not responsible for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, telecommunications failures, force majeure events, PAGCOR regulatory actions, or third-party payment processor downtime.

13.1 All content on 57ph.vip, including but not limited to the 57ph brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and multimedia content, is the exclusive intellectual property of 57ph or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

13.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 57ph Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 57ph content.

13.3 Any unauthorized use of 57ph intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws of the Philippines and may be subject to civil and criminal penalties.

14.1 57ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and 57ph's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14.2 By registering an Account, you consent to 57ph's collection and processing of your personal data for purposes including account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and the provision of gaming services.

14.3 Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, regulatory authorities, and affiliated entities only to the extent necessary to provide the services described in these Terms or to comply with applicable legal obligations.

15.1 57ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication of the revised Terms on 57ph.vip. The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.

15.2 Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Users' rights or obligations — 57ph will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

15.3 Continued use of the 57ph Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 11.

16.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

16.2 In the event of any dispute between a User and 57ph arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Users may initiate a dispute resolution request through the 57ph live chat support function.

16.3 If informal resolution is unsuccessful within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body in the Philippines. Both parties agree to be bound by the arbitrator's decision.

16.4 Nothing in this Section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

16.5 These Terms are written in the English language. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
